*Karen and her team impressed me immensely by addressing three things very close to my heart.

Firstly: Their attention to detail and quality delivery. I have used several services in the
span of my online career, always found this an issue and Karen and her team has spoiled me for life;
Secondly: Turn-around-time (TAT). In many cases I have been “over-promised” and “under-delivered” or have been on the receiving end of mediocre delivery where project deadlines were completely ignored. Not so, with Karen and her team. TAT’s are extremely important to Karen and her team, even when they were short-staffed due to illness;
Thirdly: Customer service and communication. The dreaded actions that lose so many customers and yet so few project teams execute these actions. I was kept in the loop at all times and even though I changed focus of a few projects, the response was almost immediate with a number a value adding suggestions made at the same time.
