Can I only pay for what I need?

Yes. We work on a retainer basis for customized services and we also have packages for article writing & submission, blog commenting, and link mix packages. We will be adding more packages soon. We will consider a package rate for something specific you have in mind not listed as a package, just ask!

Do you offer services other than what’s listed on your site?

Yes. We are building out the site so we do offer some services that are not yet listed or packaged. If you need something you don’t see, just ask!

What payment methods do you take?

We take payment via PayPal which also allows you to pay via credit card securely.

How long will it take for my project to be finished?

That depends on what all needs to be done. Some campaigns are very short and small while others are much larger. If you are concerned about turnaround time, please ask and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you. If you need fast turnaround of services or packages, let us know!

Are your article writers high quality?

EVERYONE on our team is high quality. Link Vines is based around the business of quality over anything. No articles are ever pre-written, used from some PLR package or anything else. They are written specific to your niche and keywords.

Can you create videos for me?

Yes we can. We do video profile creation & submission but we do offer video creation and you will see them on the site soon. In the meantime, if you need this service, just let us know, we’ve got you!

What type/quality videos do you offer?

We can do Powerpoint based videos or screen walk-through videos. Videos are good quality but they are not corporate commercial quality. We can take care of this need for you should you have it. We can create videos for your site or we just create them and use them to build links and visibility on various video sharing platforms.

Do you use any automated tools?

Not at this time except for the bonus submissions we offer with various packages. We are going to offer some automated creation and submission services soon but they will be separate from the regular packages we have. We plan to offer them because some people would rather pay for automation & that’s fine, we’ll give you the choice once we begin to offer automated services. *we do offer an automated drip submission service as a bonus to some of our Link Mix packages & also as a standalone order – this tool is a good bonus tool but it does drip links over time so best use of it is in addition to a package or customized service.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We don’t offer refunds because time is spent working on your project and it’s not like a product that we can ‘take back’ and resell to someone else. We will, however, work with you to ensure you’re satisfied. (We’ve NEVER had an issue with satisfaction.)

If different people work on my project, will I have to deal with different people?

No you will deal with one person only and they will take care of the rest with everyone else working on your project.
